What’s inside the Happy Birthday Box?
Choose Cadbury Heroes, Cadbury Roses or Swizzels sweets in a pink or blue Happy Birthday box. A Behind The Envelope gift message card is included.

How do I add a gift message?
Add the recipient’s To and From message in the order notes at checkout. If you forget, contact us immediately and we will help if the order has not already been prepared.

Where can I find allergen information?
Read our Allergens page before ordering. Heroes and Roses contain milk and soya and may contain peanuts, nuts and wheat. Email james@behindtheenvelope.com with any questions.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are normally dispatched on the next working day. Weekend and bank-holiday orders are processed on the next working day.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver within the UK and to selected international destinations. UK delivery is free and sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24. EU delivery is £14.99, and other supported international delivery is £23.99. The available options for the recipient’s address appear at checkout.

Will it fit through a letterbox?
The box is designed to fit through a standard letterbox, although individual letterboxes can vary.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Email james@behindtheenvelope.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Can I return a box?
Food, personalised goods and opened sealed items are not normally eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights if an order is faulty, damaged or not as described. Please read our Refund Policy for full details.
