These terms apply when you purchase goods from Behind The Envelope through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and availability

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours can vary slightly between screens. Products and delivery services are subject to availability.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are displayed before payment. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or the address cannot be served.

Gift messages

You are responsible for accurate delivery details and appropriate gift-message wording. We may decline wording that is unlawful, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
